As a doula, I provide expectant parents with the physical and emotional support they require when expanding their families. For the past six years, I have had the privilege of accompanying families in welcoming their beautiful babies into this world. It is hard to define this exact role since each families needs are different-however, the doula role guides parents through labor, birth and the initial postpartum period. This ranges from emotional support, childbirth education, homeopathic labor techniques and lactation support.

Standard Doula Service 

• Interview
• 2 Prenatal visits
• On-call support beginning 38th week of pregnancy
• Continuous Labor support until baby is feeding successfully
• Post partum visit 
  • Processing your birth, breastfeeding help, necessary referrals
